Republicans cut SNAP and Medicaid to do this. Governor Spanberger knowing this, willfully extended Virginia’s tax giveaways to data centers in the budget. At the cost of Virginians who cannot afford to buy groceries and gas or healthcare. You deliberately added to the additional wealth transfer to some of the wealthiest, corrupt corporations running roughshod over our lives with data centers. If you care about working class Virginians, you will urge her to repeal the tax cuts and put a hold on ALL data centers until safeguards are in place. These data centers, next to neighborhoods, are endangering Virginians. You should prepare for class action lawsuits. We need a federal moratorium on ALL data centers. Hard NO to the surveillance state that Big Tech/AI are building with these hyperscale data centers, with collusion from local governments.
