A $500 increase in monthly payments is unacceptable, yet it’s a reality millions of Americans are facing. We are unsure why Congress wants to destroy the lives of young people by approving this action. Just two weeks after some borrowers received notices to exit the SAVE plan, estimated monthly payments are skyrocketing, and borrowers are preparing to make tough financial decisions. Please do everything in your power to stop these increasingly high payments! This is at a time when gas, groceries, and rent is also hitting your constituents!
