I am asking that you support H.R.20 the Richard L. Trumka Protecting the Right to Organize Act (PRO Act) to protect the rights of laborers and bolster worker’s rights within the United States. Workers in a union make on average 16% more than non-union workers, and 70% of Americans support unions according to a 2024 Gallup Poll. By supporting the PRO Act, you are supporting the middle class and employees throughout the country.
