Demand for Full and Immediate Release of Jeffrey Epstein Files
To: Rep. Moore, Sen. Curtis, Sen. Lee
From: A verified voter in Layton, UT
November 12
I am writing to you as a concerned constituent, to urge your full support for the immediate and transparent release of all unclassified federal documents related to the investigation and prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirators.
I understand that parts of this documentation are currently being reviewed and selectively released by committees. However, I believe the full and unredacted release of all non-victim-identifying records held by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other federal agencies is essential for three critical reasons:
Public Accountability and Trust: This case involves crimes against countless victims and has raised serious questions about the failure of the justice system to hold powerful figures accountable. Full transparency is necessary to restore public faith in federal institutions and ensure that justice is administered without bias.
Justice for Victims: Survivors of Epstein's crimes have consistently called for the release of these records. True justice requires a complete and public accounting of the systemic failures and complicity that allowed these abuses to persist for decades.
Deterrence of Future Corruption: Releasing the files will reveal how a wealthy and connected individual was able to avoid full prosecution, which is vital for exposing potential corruption or misconduct within the federal justice system and preventing similar failures in the future.
I urge you to actively co-sponsor and support any legislation, such as the ongoing discharge petition in the House or similar measures in the Senate, that mandates the complete public disclosure of these files, ensuring that the identities of all victims are fully protected.
I look forward to your commitment to achieving full transparency and accountability on this critical matter.
