Folks- It seems our industry is under a sneak attack. Originally it was discussed that they would be repealing the billions of tax payer dollars under the Inflation Reduction Act that were earmarked for giant utilities and States to subsidize renewable energy. In truth "The Big Beautiful Bill" has hidden language that will erase the Investment Tax Credit.
