Stand Up & Defend Democracy Make no mistake acquiescing to the anti-democracy forces will not keep you safe from the nationalist jackboots. The weak lash out and attempt to bring down those who stand for the people and true principles of the United States of America. If you cannot find your courage to defend truth, the Constitution, and democracy, you will ultimately pay the price whether at the ballot box or as a scapegoat. Senator Padilla will not be the last duly elected congressperson to be handcuffed and taken to the ground. Do not imagine for a second that just because you go along to get along you are immune from such abuse of power. Show strength and protect the Constitution.
