Representative McIver

To: Sen. Budd, Sen. Tillis, Rep. Foushee

From: A constituent in Durham, NC

September 5, 2025

I am writing because I would like the Congresswoman to give her full support to Representative LaMonica McIver, who was arrested while attempting to provide oversight to an ICE facility. We need to support her courage and challenge the authoritarian tactics of this regime, which especially seems to go after Black women. I would like to see more members of Congress with her ferocity and bravery. Please know that I as your constituent care about this issue. Thank you.
