Would you let me know what reasonable articulable suspicion federal agents had when they seized your colleague, Senator Padilla of California? If there was no reasonable articulable suspicion to seize Senator Padilla, the federal agents’ actions amounted to a kidnapping, did they not? If the federal agents who seized your colleague, Senator Padilla, committed a crime, do you support the lawful arrest and prosecution of those agents? If not, why not? I look forward to learning more about your understanding of this matter.
