I am writing ot ask you to permanently block the illegal $1.8 billion fund created to make payments to January 6 insurgents. I urge you to sign the discharge petition (H.Res. 1363) to bring the NO CARTE BLANCHE Act to a floor vote, and then vote YES to pass this bill to prevent corrupt taxpayer-funded payments. Thank you.
