I'm concerned about the lack of oversight with DOGE's recent actions.

Recent actions by Elon Musk's team at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) are deeply concerning and undermine principles of good governance. Locking career civil servants out of vital computer systems containing personal data of millions of federal employees raises serious cybersecurity risks and violates norms of oversight. Installing sofa beds and working around the clock with no external visibility is unacceptable. OPM manages highly sensitive employee information and plays a critical role in the federal workforce. Bypassing standard protocols and sidelining experienced staff jeopardizes this vital function. I urge you to intervene and ensure proper oversight mechanisms are in place. Unchecked control by Musk's allies over OPM's operations and data systems is an alarming overreach that requires immediate congressional scrutiny. Protecting the integrity of this agency and the privacy of government workers must be a top priority.
