Regarding the President’s Recent Conduct on Social Media

To: Sen. Curtis, Sen. Lee, Rep. Owens

From: A verified voter in Springville, UT

February 6

I am writing to express my profound concern regarding the recent Associated Press report detailing a racist video shared by the President depicting former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. The Office of the President was once a position of global respect and dignity. It has now been reduced to a source of memes and offensive content that many can no longer take seriously. This behavior demeans the office and the nation it represents. I am asking you, as my representative: • Will you publicly speak out against this use of racist tropes by the executive branch? • How can you continue to stand by a President who uses his platform to amplify such divisive and disrespectful imagery? I look forward to hearing your position on this matter and seeing what actions you will take to restore the dignity of the presidency.
