I oppose HB26-1030. We should not provide extended tax breaks to attract limited jobs to the state. Moreover, data centers must be solely responsible for infrastructure upgrades required to meet their power demands. We should also not use our limited water for an industry that will not pay tax and will create minimal long-term jobs. Please vote no.
