Vote No on HB 1373

To: Sen. Becker

From: A verified voter in Evansville, IN

February 3

I'm writing to urge Sen Becker to oppose H.B. 1343. It grants the Governor unchecked power to deploy military police in our communities without local consent, and creates a trend towards a police state. This bill undermines democratic accountability and local control and must be opposed. Our fragile democracy is on the brink already on the national level. We must do all we can to stand against tyranny locally and as a state. Thank you for your time.
