Do not let Secretary Rubio or the Trump administration get away with bypassing congress to send arms to Israel. The law requires congressional approval for funding, and for the second time, this administration has broken the law to arm Israel. Do not let them get away with it. There must be congressional oversight on sending weapons abroad. And the Leahy law must be enforced, even against historical allies of the US.
