As elected officials, you MUST speak out against the horrific violence being perpetrated by ICE officers in Minneapolis, and other states! You claim to support Christian beliefs and values, I urge you to truly ask yourself if this violence is what Jesus would do? And if you think the answer is yes, double check your theology, Jesus spent time with those who were unwanted, his views were not the prevailing popular view. I believe in a God of love and mercy toward those who seek a better life, what ICE is doing goes DIRECTLY against this. YOU are perpetrating this, YOU have the power to stop it! REQUIRE accountability from the administration for these horrific acts. I learned about the beginnings of WWII in school so it would never be repeated. From my perspective, the current administration is behaving in the same way the Nazis did. Be good men, be good Christian’s, and STOP IT NOW.
