The Arizona Labor Department dismissed my unpaid wages claim against the City of Flagstaff “with prejudice” (against me? who knows), because my fair city finally paid up after I finally filed with the state. They waited a month to tell me how much money I was making for a second position and waited almost another full month to pay me, neither of which is legal under Arizona State Law. I resigned during a panic attack after someone stared me dead in the eye and threatened to run myself and two first responders over in the library parking lot. The Library Director said it was “unclear” if he meant it. I am disabled many times over after being assaulted in a light rail train in Denver by a white msn screaming conspiracy theories and harassing a blind woman, and RTD ignored my case. No one anywhere will help me and I can’t afford a lawyer. No local lawyers have returned my calls. PLEASE, I need somebody somewhere to HELP me.
