No one at the age of almost 80 shoots a "bird " unless they're demented

To: Sen. Scott, Rep. Dunn, Sen. Moody

From: A constituent in Tallahassee, FL

I would punish my children if they did this. He is not fit to be president of the United States. Stop it it's your job. He flipped off a union autoworker on the factory floor — during a photo-op meant to prove he “stands with workers.” That’s what video shows from Donald Trump’s visit this week to Ford’s F-150 plant in Dearborn, Michigan. As cameras rolled and executives smiled, a line worker shouted “pedophile protector" at Trump over the Jeffrey Epstein files. Trump turned, mouthed “fuck you”, and raised his middle finger before walking on like nothing happened. The White House didn’t deny it. Instead, they defended it. A spokesperson dismissed the worker as a “lunatic” and called Trump’s response “appropriate and unambiguous.” That’s the official position: flipping off a union worker is now presidential conduct. The worker — a member of the United Auto Workers — was quickly suspended. Trump, meanwhile, continued shaking hands and posing for photos, cheered on by management and some coworkers. Ford’s executive chairman later called the incident “unfortunate” and urged everyone to move on, minimizing it as a few seconds out of an otherwise “great” tour. But this wasn’t just a crude moment. It was a perfect snapshot of power in 2026 America. A president accused of shielding elites lashes out when confronted — not by journalists or politicians, but by someone who actually builds the trucks he claims to champion. The response isn’t dialogue or restraint. It’s contempt, followed by punishment for the person who spoke up. Trump’s visit was supposed to underline his pro-manufacturing message in a critical swing state. Instead, it revealed the gap between rhetoric and reality. Workers are useful as backdrops. Dissent is treated as an offense. Accountability is waved off with a sneer. If you’re wondering how much respect this administration has for working people, you don’t need a policy paper. You just need to watch where the middle finger was pointed.
