The people of Missouri have spoken through their votes, clearly expressing their support for reproductive rights by passing Amendment 3 in the November 2024 election. Attempting to overturn or undermine this amendment disrespects the democratic process and the will of the voters. As elected representatives, it is imperative to uphold the decision made at the ballot box rather than impose personal ideologies that contradict the mandate from constituents. I urge you to respect the choice Missourians have made and reject any efforts to challenge or weaken the reproductive rights protections enshrined in Amendment 3. The people have had their say, and that voice must be honored.
