Take action to end mass government surveillance. The unchecked expansion of surveillance infrastructure is a direct threat to civil liberties, and I expect you to oppose any legislation, funding, or executive action that enables it.
Americans should not have to choose between privacy and participation in public life. Warrantless data collection, bulk metadata programs, and facial recognition deployments by government agencies treat every citizen as a suspect. These tools are routinely abused, disproportionately target marginalized communities, and operate with little to no meaningful oversight.
Vote against any bill that expands surveillance authority, and actively support legislation that requires warrants, mandates transparency, and gives citizens real legal recourse when their rights are violated. This is not a partisan issue. It is a constitutional one, and I will be watching your record on it.
