I write to share with you my absolute shock and disappointment in the abhorrent behavior of the Trump administration in their meeting with the President of Ukraine. Are we really turning our back on a sovereign nation, another fellow democracy, and siding with Putin who attacked Ukraine and is nothing more than an evil Dictator? Do we wish to not be a democracy anymore? Would you like to have a King or Dictator too? America is embarrassed, this is not who we are. I urge you to support Ukraine, to defend democracy and freedom around the world. We must not turn our backs on friends and allies or we will perish. We cannot survive alone. This is not a game, or a reality TV show, people are dying, suffering. History will not look kindly at us, we are behaving so badly. America does NOT side with Dictators. Do your job and speak up.
