Tax exemption to defray cost of unreasonable tariffs

As I watch my retirement funds TANK, thanks to the president's uneducated tariff plan, I propose that you as our representatives introduce a bill that will allow those of us who do not make a lot of money ($150K is reasonable) to deduct a full 44% of our yearly spending on our 2025 taxes as a full credit, no strings. 44% is the mean (average) of the tariffs, so it is only reasonable that if the president is unreasonably raising our expenses that we should be compensated by the government.
