Actually this is a FYI to the staff. Whoever told you that the ex officio members of the Kennedy Center Board of Trustees are not entitled to vote at Board meetings was 100% incorrect. Judge Cooper ruled specifically on that issue back in May. In fact, Senator Whitehouse attended that KC Board meeting, and he voted. He has the same ex officio status as Senator Warner. So please stop misleading members of the public.
