The sheer corruption involved in the data center in Box Elder County is staggering. The level of incentives our state has offered Kevin O'Leary begs the question of why the extremely negative consequences attached to a data center of this size are worth it to the people of Utah, and I'm afraid the answer is that the only people who will benefit are the Governor and the legislature. We the people have been sold to a Canadian billionaire, and at a .5% tax rate and a promise of property taxes going back into the data center, it seems certain that individual bribes and personal compensation are behind the approval of this center with little to no review. I request that a formal corruption review begin on the governor and any member of the legislature who's received funding from MIDA.
