Thank you Senator Baldwin for your work calling on Ascension Wisconsin to reconsider its plan to outsource staffing of its critical care physicians to a private-equity-backed firm. As a nurse, as well as mother of a medically complex daughter, I can’t thank you enough for speaking up for the role adequate staffing plays in keeping patients safe and literally - alive. It clearly demonstrates that even with so many fires to fight on a national level, you still have your finger on the pulse of Wisconsin. Thanks for all the caring you do that doesn’t always make the headlines.
