Oregon needs a state of emergency over ICE abuse

I urge you to declare a state wide state of emergency over the abuses of ICE Oregon needs a unified front to empower all government agencies to use resources to protect residents from the very harms being inflicted on us from federal immigration enforcement thugs. Our police and other authorities must not only be forbidden to assist ICE enforcement agents, but must be directed to actively protect people against these literal lawless, masked bandits who are kidnapping people and damaging property with zero respect for the constitutionally guaranteed civil rights that apply to all people in this country (not just citizens). In parallel, ICE agents must not be allowed to continue hiding their identity. They must be compelled, at least in this state, to wear visible identification and show their faces I will admit that I don't know the limits of what our state is able to do against this thread of abuses, but we must do literally every single thing that we can! we must go above and beyond the normal against this tyranny. Our federal government is actively harming us! We must defend and protect ourselves.
