I want you to oppose cloture on the NDAA. This is for two reasons. First, I strongly oppose Section 1217, which would mandate an endless military and intelligence partnership with Israel that is contrary to our national interests. Second, a $1.5T military budget is absolutely insane. No money for bombs when we can’t afford healthcare. Please vote no. Second, I adamantly oppose the confirmations of Jay Clayton and Todd Blanche. Each is dangerous, unfit, and has no respect for the Constitution. Blanche should be disbarred for his participation in Trump’s “weaponization fund” scheme, and Clayton is no better. Please oppose.
