I am deeply alarmed by the DOJ’s filing charges against Rep. LaMonica McIver. Rep. McIver was inspecting an ICE detention center in her district. Video evidence suggests SHE was assaulted, not the other way around. I ask that you stand with Rep. McIver and immediately and loudly condemn this authoritarian act by the Trump Administration. Demand they drop the charges.
