I am writing today to urge you to use your power as a member of Congress to immediately investigate why Elon Musk is accessing personal information in th e US treasury computer system. There are reports that he, and his team of 19 to 24-year-old high school graduates, are connecting non-government hard drives to the Treasury department' s network giving him access to the personal information and payment details of any American that has received a check from the government. Elon Musk is not an elected official, nor has he gone through any congressional vetting. As a constituent, I trust that you will do what is necessary to ensure that this matter is resolved quickly.
