Denying access to gender-affirming care, which is supported by major medical associations as safe and essential treatment for gender dysphoria, would inflict severe psychological harm on these vulnerable young people. Rather than criminalizing vital medical care, we should be ensuring that all children receive the support and affirmation they need to thrive. I urge you to reject this discriminatory bill that undermines established medical science and violates the rights of transgender minors. We must protect our youth, not endanger them.
