The Colorado legislature has passed two significant bills (SB26-1276 and SB26-005) which will give our state the power to inspect the inhumane private (for profit) concentration camps AND give the people within whose constitutional right are being violated the right to sue the so called “agents” for these violations. In light of your recent ill-considered decision in favor of insurrectionist and former county clerk Tina Peters I feel compelled to write as it is unclear at this juncture if you will sign these bills into law. We absolutely MUST protect any and all targets of this corrupt and inhumane administration.
