Hold the line on defunding DHS

Continue to hold the line on defunding ICE and DHS. The removal of some agents and Greg Bovino from Minnesota is a good thing, but not enough. Before funds are released, serious reform must occur, including: removal of Kristi Noem from DHS, proof that agents are following the constitution and upholding constitutional rights, proof that agents are only detaining people with violent criminal records, proof that agents are only entering spaces and approaching people where and for whom they have judicial warrants, and limits to the numbers of agents per state, such as only allowing 1 ICE agent per 1000 illegal immigrants to be present in a state at any time. Push this issue to a government shutdown if necessary. DO NOT BACK DOWN NOW or we will lose the little momentum that currently exists.
