Disappointed in Rep. Bean’s Vote on H.Con.Res.14

To: Rep. Bean, Sen. Moody, Sen. Scott

From: A constituent in Fernandina Beach, FL

February 26

congress I am deeply disappointed by the vote in favor of H.Con.Res.14. This budget resolution includes devastating cuts to essential programs like Medicaid, Medicare, and SNAP—programs that countless hardworking Floridians rely on for healthcare and basic needs. Supporting a tax break for the wealthy at the expense of seniors, low-income families, and vulnerable individuals is unacceptable. Cutting these lifelines will only create more financial instability and hardship for everyday Americans. I urge you to reconsider this approach as the budget process continues. Your constituents need policies that strengthen, not weaken, the support systems that help them survive and thrive.
