I'm writing to urge you to SB 56. It goes directly against the will of Ohio voters (including me). Worse, it recriminalizes marijuana. An issue we don't need to revisit. Worse still, you KNOW it will disproportionately affect communities already marginalized. And they don't need any more problems - especially now with all they're facing. Plus, this bill hurts entrepreneurs and small businesses. Businesses run by Ohioans. Ohioans have told you what they want on this issue. Very clearly. Are we still a democracy?
