We, the undersigned, believe that the integrity of the democratic process is of paramount importance and must be safeguarded at all costs. As concerned citizens, we are petitioning for a thorough and transparent investigation into the results of the 2020 General Election, not only for the Presidential race, but for all races and measures listed on the same ballot. While the courts have found no evidence of widespread fraud in the presidential election, there remain serious concerns among many voters about the fairness and transparency of the 2020 election process. The fact that millions of Americans are still questioning the legitimacy of the results should not be dismissed, as it undermines trust in our democratic institutions. We are advocating for the following actions: 1 Full Examination of Voting Procedures: We request a complete review of the voting systems used in the 2020 election, including the handling of absentee ballots, mail-in voting, and the security of electronic voting machines. Any potential vulnerabilities or discrepancies should be investigated thoroughly. 2 Review of Down-Ballot Results: Given the concerns raised about potential irregularities in the presidential race, we urge that similar scrutiny be applied to the results of all other races on the same ballot, including Congressional, Senate, state, and local elections, as well as any ballot measures. Ensuring the integrity of the entire election process is crucial to restoring public confidence in our system. 3 Audit of Election Data and Voter Rolls: We request an independent audit of voter rolls and the compilation of election data in all states, especially in areas with high levels of voter irregularities or discrepancies. The findings should be made publicly available to ensure transparency. 4 Greater Oversight and Transparency: We call for greater transparency from election officials, including the public release of all relevant documents and communications regarding the election process.
