The latest Shadow Docket ruling is just one more example of the blatantly partisan actions of the conservatives on the court. In Texas the District Court did extensive investigation into the proposed gerrymandering an found it to be A RACIAL GERRYMANDER. The government even SAID it was a racial gerrymander. And yet the conservatives on the Supreme Court totally disregarded the findings of the District Court and made the erroneous decision — the partisan decision — to allow the racial gerrymander to go into effect. Americans are NOT stupid. Your obvious bias towards anything that supports the GOP — and Donald ‘the felon’ Trump — is undemocratic. You are helping to destroy democracy. This is NOT fulfilling the oath you made to the Constitution. You should all be ashamed. Your anti-democratic, partisan decisions — many in the infamous shadow docket — will go down in history. To quote Martin Luther King Jr. "The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice”
