Recall the troops you went to support a convicted criminal and dictator!
By sending Ohio National Guard troops to Washington DC, you are violating your oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and the State of Ohio. You are violating the Posse Comitatus Act, and if you have forgotten what it is, let me refresh your memory.
The Posse Comitatus Act is a U.S. federal law that generally restricts the use of the U.S. military for domestic law enforcement purposes. It prohibits the use of the Army and Air Force to execute the laws unless specifically authorized by the Constitution or an Act of Congress. This means that active-duty military personnel cannot generally be used for civilian law enforcement roles.
So, Governor, when did you decide that supporting a criminal and dictator was more important than upholding your oath to the people of Ohio and following the law? Your lack of values and integrity is glaringly obvious.
