I am writing in support of AB346. I understand that local assemblyman, Mr, Koenig, voted against it. I am hoping that Senator Titus will vote for it, and that Gov. Lombardo will not veto it as he did SB239 in 2023. As I wrote the Governor in the past, I have personal experience this matter as a dear friend of mine with a terminal diagnosis was spared weeks or months or agony because he lived in a state that hand a medical end of life option similar to the one being proposed.
