Tell Trump our privacy matters! No ID for basic communication!

To: Sen. Booker, Sen. Kim, Rep. Kean

The FCC under the Trump administration’s direction, is set to start requiring telephone companies to collect government ID prior to activating service. Besides wanting to monitor our lives to the tiniest microsecond, what business is it of Donald Trump to have access to my government ID just to acquire a means of communication? This is clearly a poorly inspired effort to place Americans under increasing surveillance. It is abhorrent and abominable (like most of Trump’s big ideas), and comes directly from the tenets of Project 25. WE THE PEOPLE demand counter action. Tell Trump our privacy matters! No ID for basic communication!
