Vote NO on the Republican proposed budget that would gut and cut crucial programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, the ACA, Pell Grants, Social Security, and more. It is my understanding that the Republican budget plan would negatively impact numerous social programs, including those programs providing food assistance, health care, and housing support. Their gut and cut plan would negatively impact millions of children, veterans, the disabled, and low-income families. Significant gutting and cutting to Medicaid and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) would be a heartless and cruel act just to provide benefits for the rich. Don't let greed prevail. Some Republicans will more than likely try to justify the cuts to crucial social programs by using their popular parroted terms of "waste, fraud, and abuse." Don't fall for it. Some legislators will stay silent and complicit. Be loud and vocal about the atrocious and repugnant Republican proposed budget plan. Slashing Medicaid and other crucial programs so that rich people can get more tax cuts is morally and ethically wrong. It would be a crime against humanity. Oppose the budget plan that would destroy crucial programs desperately needed and earned by many US citizens. Fight for the earned benefits and needs of your constituents. Help justice prevail.
