Trump’s war on undocumented immigrants has proven futile. The vast majority of people rounded up by ICE are not guilty of anything of any real concern. And yet we allow him to give speeches about bad hombres and rapists and murderers. In the meantime, about 70 women a month are murdered by their American citizen husbands and boyfriends while approximately 8 are murdered by undocumented persons per YEAR. Does no one see the disparity? We have unhoused people in every town and city. We have hungry people struggling with SNAP cuts. We have veterans who can’t find medical and mental health treatments, and everyday joes who don’t have insurance and can’t afford to see doctors. We have a serious fentanyl problem. American literacy is at an all time low. People can’t afford gas to get to their jobs, and even when they do, they don’t make enough money to live a fulfilling life. And when we complain- you all say we don’t have the money to fix these issues. Explain to me like I’m a child how we have billions of dollars to bomb Iran, starve Cuba, kidnap Venezuelan leadership, search out cartels in Ecuador, destroy Gaza, block the Epstein files, send JD and Usha to the Olympics for two weeks, and grant the use of a luxury jet for Kristi Noem, but we don’t have anything leftover for Americans? We are building concentration camps on American soil with American tax dollars, but we can’t afford social services and special education classes in our publicly funded schools? Stop screwing around. Take everything that WE THE PEOPLE don’t want out of the budget and put everything WE THE PEOPLE need back in. It’s our money. It’s our government. It’s our country. Start remembering that. We will definitely remember at the polls.
