Mrs. Adams, With as much respect as I can muster right now, I need to tell you how disappointed I am in the Democratic party. I have voted for every Democratic candidate, in every election, since Clinton’s second term, but I am changing my affiliation to Independent. Every Republican administration since Reagan has been terrible. They, each, have chipped away, little by little, the foundations that make up this country… and each time, the Democrats in Congress have sat around, pointed fingers and stated the obvious about what is wrong… BUT DONE NOTHING. Then, when Democrats regain power, they fix most of the damage created by the Republicans but DO NOTHING to prevent it from happening again. Also, while the Dems are in power, Republicans get on the news and scream, non stop, how the “Dems are the problem”, and the Democrats stay silent and TAKE IT! Why? It is not hard to see why the Republicans win public opinion when the Dems appear to stay mostly quiet. WHY?? If taking the ‘high road’ is what the Dems are trying to stick to, it isn’t working. You cannot win a war against a foe who is more than willing to wallow in sh*t. The Republicans have stolen the past few of their ‘wins’ and the Democrats just sit by and wring their hands. How is this helping? *rump and musk are being ‘allowed’ to destroy everything, at will, and still, the Dems are absent on tv, calling them out. The Republicans are blatant traitors!! What, exactly, are any of you doing??
