I’m writing to urge you to oppose any “repeal and replace” maneuver on H. B. 267, the ban on public union collective bargaining bargaining. Unions are the backbone of protecting the American worker, and we must fight to protect their rights. This law should be decided by voters in 2026, not by decided in a back room. Please commit to respecting the referendum process.
