The 5th Circuit today decided to uphold a Texas public school’s forcing of the Ten Commandments upon its students in flagrant defiance of your ruling in Mahmoud v Taylor last year. You must unequivocally overturn this decision at the first opportunity. You cannot have things both ways and expect to retain any legitimacy.
