--- SUPPORT the Prison Jamming Vote + Secure Public Safety Network THE JAMMING VOTE full tech explainer: It doesn't interfere with lawful communications services. It protects us against threats from ill individuals communicating through tech services to coordinate crime. The WHY — We have 1.65 million home invasions a year in America, and roughly 266,000 happen while someone is home. That doesn't count farm attacks, unreported invasions, and coordinated robberies planned on burner phones. We have to stop it before families are hurt. The Constitution charges the government to provide for common defense and general welfare — this does exactly that. The HOW — Inside facilities — contraband phone control: Managed Access Systems (MAS) acts like a cell tower inside the prison. Only approved numbers get out. Everything else is blocked/logged. Detection & geolocation finds the phone to a specific cell block, so staff don't have to do blanket shakedowns. Outside — threat pattern detection: Link analysis flags when a group of burner phones start talking to each other, to known gang numbers, or to numbers inside a facility right before a crime. AI-assisted triage flags keywords tied to murder plots, trafficking, or coordinated robbery planning — then a human analyst reviews and seeks probable cause for a warrant. Public safety APP layer — what I call the RoboCop layer: Geofenced warnings keep law enforcement safe on high-risk warrants and keep the public out of crossfire. Officers know before entry if suspects were just coordinating on phones, so they're not walking in blind. What this is NOT: It's not about private sexting, infidelity, shopping lists, or watching people pick their nose. We the people don't care about private affairs unless you're breaking the law. It's about focusing on the bigger fish — premeditated trafficking, murder plots, coordinated home invasions and farm attacks — with federal and state DOJ oversight, warrant requirements, and FCC authority. If anyone votes against it, it's because they're going against the system and doing something shady they don't want seen, or they simply don't understand how it works and how many people it could protect against criminals actively. I urge you to vote YES on the FCC jamming vote and support legislation for a secure communications network with DOJ oversight. Sincerely, Melissa Constituent in Prosperity, S.C. ---
