The Supreme Court has a responsibility to stop this constitutional crisis. It must return Mr. Garcia from wrongful imprisonment and deportation. If he is not brought back, it means that all citizens and people here legally are in danger of deportation and/or imprisonment. Our rights and safety are at stake. You must stop the Executive Branch from overstepping its authority and continue to uphold the checks and balances that keep our government from authoritarianism. Protect our democracy.
