Why am I seeing news stories with pictures of you scooting along sidewalks? IC 9-21-11-12 prohibits riding an e-bike on a sidewalk. IC 9-21-11-13.6 holds scooters to the same standards as bikes. I'm a responsible cyclist and often a pedestrian. This kind of selfish, careless behavior gives a bad name to everyone who uses alternative transportation. What is wrong with you?
