Are you doing anything about the Kennedy Center yet? The tarp is the least of the issues. Why hasn't the Kennedy Center Board of Trustees passed the NSO budget so our symphony orchestra can finalize and announce its 2026-27 season? What happened to the Washington National Opera's $17M endowment? Why are six gorgeous theaters going dark? . As a member of the Board of Trustees you have responsibilities you have shirked. Many of the orchestra and staff members live in Virginia, so that's another reason you should pay attention. Please stop ignoring the situation.
