Criminalizing the use of voter registration forms and community organizations that carry out voter registration drives undermines our democracy. Non-partisan, volunteer-led “get out the vote” efforts connect many in our community to the democratic process, which may lead to engagement and advocacy for policies that better reflect North Carolinians. Please vote NO to HB 127 and ensure voter registration drives remain accessible and decriminalized.
