Publicly oppose any pardon or clemency for Ghislaine Maxwell and make your position clear before such an action is considered. 3. Advocate for congressional oversight hearings into the DOJ and FBI’s handling of these cases, ensuring decisions are guided by law and survivor input—not political expedience. This is not a partisan issue. It is a moral one. Every day these files remain sealed sends the message that justice is negotiable for the wealthy and connected. Every act of leniency toward convicted traffickers deepens survivor trauma and undermines faith in our institutions. Your constituents deserve to know where you stand. The victims deserve to see the truth brought to light in their lifetimes. And the public deserves a justice system that is transparent, consistent, and resistant to political interference. Please make your position on these matters public and take concrete steps to ensure that the Epstein files are released, that survivors’ voices are prioritized, and that no one is above the law.
