We have no tomatoes today. Are we great again yet?

To: Sen. Kim, Sen. Booker, Rep. Kean

Remember that song- We have no tomatoes today? Did you ever expect multiple countries to sing it to the United States of America? No? Me, either, but here we are. Trump says the war with Iran is over but still wants to put boots on the ground. Spain and France say we have no tomatoes today- no allowance for United States military to use their bases. Switzerland says we have no tomatoes today- no allowance for use of their airspace by United States military and no sale of weapons to United States military. Iran says we have no tomatoes today- Trump drops sanctions but Iran says they have no oil to sell. We have no tomatoes today. The people of the United States can’t afford to import anything. We can’t afford gas. We can’t afford groceries. We can’t afford doctor’s appointments. We can’t afford ANYTHING. We have no tomatoes today. Are we great again yet?
